Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how GoonSpot ("we", "us") handles information when you use the Site. By using the Site you agree to this policy. The Site is for adults aged 18+ only.

Information we collect

• Usage & device data: IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and timestamps (standard server logs and analytics).
• Cookies & similar technologies: used for basic functionality, age-verification state, analytics, and measuring affiliate referrals.
• Comments and ratings: comments, display names, and timestamps are stored in our database. Ratings and age confirmation remain in your browser.
• Abuse prevention: we use keyed, one-way network identifier hashes, a private browser cookie, submission timing, and technical request signals to detect spam and automated abuse. We do not store a raw IP address in the comments table.

We do not require accounts and do not intentionally collect names or payment details on this Site.

How we use it

• To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
• To understand traffic and content performance (aggregate analytics).
• To measure sponsored-link performance using daily aggregate click counts by page and offer.
• To publish comments and privately filter suspected spam or automated submissions.

Third parties

We display sponsored links to third-party adult services (e.g. cam and dating platforms) via affiliate networks such as CrakRevenue. When you click a sponsored link you leave our Site and are subject to that third party's privacy practices. We also use analytics providers (e.g. Cloudflare). We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

Depending on your location (e.g. GDPR/EU, UK GDPR, CCPA/California), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].

Data retention & security

Public comments are retained until they are removed. Abuse-prevention records are retained with the associated comment so we can prevent repeat spam. We retain logs only as long as needed for the purposes above and apply reasonable safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Changes & contact

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Questions: contact us or email [email protected].
