All persons depicted in any visual content accessible from GoonSpot were at least 18 years of age (or 21 where 18 is not the age of majority) at the time the content was created.

Exemption

GoonSpot ("the Site") does not produce, create, host, or store any of the video content made available through the Site. All videos are embedded from, or link to, third-party platforms that host the content on their own servers. With respect to such content, the Site is not a "producer" (primary or secondary) as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75, and therefore qualifies for the exemptions described therein. Records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A are maintained by the original producers and host platforms of the respective content.
