The Site does not host video content; videos are embedded from third-party platforms. Where we can, we will remove the offending link or embed from the Site and direct you to the original host for removal of the underlying file.

Submitting a takedown notice

Send a written notice to [email protected] that includes all of the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work or other right you claim has been infringed.
• The exact URL(s) on GoonSpot where the material appears.
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Where to send notices

GoonSpot is run by an individual site operator and does not host video files; it embeds or links to content hosted by third-party platforms. Send all notices to [email protected] and we will remove the identified link(s) or embed(s) promptly. To remove the underlying file, please also contact the platform hosting it.

Counter-notice & repeat infringers

Affected parties may submit a counter-notice. We maintain a policy of removing access to material and, in appropriate circumstances, terminating access for repeat infringers.

Non-consensual content

To report content that depicts a minor, is non-consensual, or otherwise violates a person's rights, use our contact page. These reports are prioritized and actioned promptly.
